About us

DBLB bearings has been focusing on supplying tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, spherical roller bearings and ball bearings to the world.


We firmly believe that good quality comes from careful quality control. From the raw materials to the final bearing assembly, we strictly implant the business philosophy into the DBLB bearing production.


1. Raw materials:

Starting from the raw material bearing forgings, we provide GCr15, GCr15SiMn, GCr18Mo and carburized steel G20Cr2Ni4A according to different requirements of customers. We purchase forgings from SKF-designated forging manufacturers, as well as raw materials from SKF and Timken. A better performance of the forgings will affect the quality of the bearings.


2. Annealing process:
We adopt Non-oxidized spheroidizing annealing to obtain uniform pearlite structure of fine particles after annealing, which lays a good foundation for the subsequent quenching process.

3. Turning processing:
We use CNC lathes to make the workpieces with better geometric precision and uniform size. We pay more attention to the details. For example, we will use professional forming turning tools to process the oil groove of the raceway according to different products. After processing, the shape of the oil groove is smooth and complete, and there is no sharp angle, which avoids the stress concentration caused by the acute angle of the oil groove when the bearing works. Thereby it can increase the service life of the bearings.

4. Quenching process: We will choose the corresponding quenching process according to the different working conditions of the bearings, such as ordinary salt bath martensite quenching. If the bearing is subjected to a large impact load during working, we often use salt bath bainite quenching, or use carburized steel, and use carburizing and quenching. If it is a high-precision bearing, we will use cryogenic treatment after quenching to make the bearing performance more stable.

5. Grinding:Grinding is the key process to improve the geometric accuracy of the various components of the bearings. In order to improve the quality, we use high-precision CNC grinding machines. In order to ensure the quality of each component, we make 100% inspection between the processes, the hardness, roundness, roughness and straightness detection must be qualified especially for the first piece before bulk production. After the bearing assembly, we also need to test the appearance, clearance and rotation accuracy of the whole set of bearings to ensure that the finished bearings meet all design requirements, and record the test results, so that each set of bearings has a traceability test report.

6. Cage and rolling elements:
We use high-quality brass and steel cages from SKF cage suppliers. Different grades rollers and steel balls are used according to the requirements of different customers.
